Are Vegan Desserts Sugar Free?

Sugar Free Vegan Friendly Desserts
If you're a vegan, you've probably noticed that not all desserts are healthy. The problem is that most desserts are made with refined sugar, which has been linked to diabetes, heart disease and obesity.
Sugar is one of the main ingredients in many baked goods, including cakes, cookies and pies. Vegan desserts can be sweetened with refined sugar or other ingredients, such as maple syrup or Allulose.
Maple syrup is a natural sweetener that comes from sap collected from maple trees. A 1/4 cup of maple syrup contains about 80 calories and 12 grams of sugar — less than half the amount found in regular sugar (2).
Allulose is another popular alternative to refined sugar because it's made by converting cornstarch into glucose molecules using enzymes (3). It has fewer calories than regular sugar and doesn't raise blood sugar levels like other sweeteners do.
Refined white sugar is really bad for your health thats why  I use  Allulose or Maples syrup in my vegan friendly cheesecakes.
I always use organic raw ingredients  like cashews , coconut milk, coconut oil and organic fruits.
